Terms of sale and booking
These terms govern shop orders, promo cards, service bookings and the broader commercial relationship offered through the Elise Hair & Beauty website.
1. Scope
These terms apply to products sold through the online shop, orders confirmed with our team, promo cards and salon service bookings offered by Elise Hair & Beauty.
2. Products, services and availability
Descriptions, photos, options, sizes, lengths, colours, densities, textures, validity periods and prices are presented with care. Adjustments or stock issues may nevertheless occur.
A salon service or promo card does not automatically produce the exact same result for every client. Additional advice, technical validation or scheduling adjustments may still be needed.
3. Orders and confirmation
An order placed on the website or initiated through our contact channels may require confirmation from our team, especially to check stock, pickup method, delivery, customisation, instalment schedule or payment information.
We may refuse or cancel incomplete, inconsistent, clearly fraudulent or impracticable requests.
4. Prices and currency
Displayed prices are shown in FCFA/XAF depending on the language used on the website. Delivery fees, urgency fees, customisation fees or additional service charges, where applicable, are shown before final validation.
A manifest pricing, currency or technical configuration error may be corrected before final order confirmation.
5. Payment
Available payment methods depend on the website, the channel used and the options enabled at the time of ordering.

6. Instalment payments
Instalment payments are never automatic: they depend on explicit approval by Elise Hair & Beauty. The salon sets the deadline for the first payment when it must be made in person, then sets the following due dates once a deposit has been received.
If a required deposit is not paid by the announced deadline, the related booking, order or stock reservation may be cancelled.
7. Service bookings and promo cards
Salon services are booked by time slot based on actual schedule availability. Promo cards are first purchased or requested, then their activation or use is organised with our team under their own validity rules.
A service booking may be postponed, adjusted or refused where a slot has become unavailable, technical validation is missing or a requested deposit has not been honoured.
8. Pickup, delivery and collection
Depending on the product or card, collection may take place at the salon or through delivery where that option has been confirmed. Timelines may vary according to availability, customisation, logistics or payment method.
9. Cancellations, changes and no-shows
Any request to change or cancel should be sent as early as possible. We will do our best to help, without guaranteeing that an order already prepared, customised or logistically engaged can be changed without cost.
In case of no-show, major delay or inaccurate information preventing normal delivery of the service, the salon may offer a new slot, retain a deposit or refuse the service depending on the circumstances.
10. Returns, exchanges and complaints
Because of hygiene, customisation and the nature of the products, wigs, bundles, opened accessories, used products, customised items or made-to-order items are not returned or exchanged unless the issue results from an Elise Hair & Beauty error or a proven defect.
If a received product shows an obvious defect or does not match the confirmed order, the issue must be reported promptly with supporting information so that an appropriate solution can be reviewed.
11. Liability and applicable handling
Elise Hair & Beauty remains committed to reasonable care and diligence, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of technical, logistical, stock, timing, availability or subjective result issues inherent to beauty services.
